Application in respect of the Variation of the Premises Licence for Hopscrofts Holt Service Station, Banbury Road Steeple Aston, Bicester, Oxfordshire OX25 5QQ.

Notice is hereby given that We, Petrocell Holdings Limited, have applied on 27 June 2016, to the West Oxfordshire District Council for the Variation of the Premises Licence in respect of the above mentioned premises.

The licensable activities applied to be Varied are:
1. To sell intoxicating liquor for consumption OFF the premises.
The licensable hours applied for are: Monday to Sunday: 06.00 to 22.00
2. To Lodge New Layout Plan with Licensing Authority following major development

Anyone wishing to make representations in respect of this application should West Oxfordshire District Council at the address stated below or by e-mail to evh.licensing@westoxen.gov. uk. Representations must be made in writing and no later than 28 consecutive days from the date of application.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is £5,000.
