Jackie sadly passed away at Katharine House Hospice, on Saturday 26th October, aged 73 years.
Much loved Mum and Wife, and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
The funeral service will take place on Thursday 21st November, at 3pm at North Oxfordshire Crematorium, Tackley.
Donations, if desired, may be given to Katharine House Hospice www.khh.org.uk
