FIFTEEN drivers were caught breaking the law on Friday on the A41 in Bicester.
Oxfordshire traffic officers stopped a motorist driving at 83mph - the highest recorded in a 50mph zone.

A further 13 drivers were also caught speeding and officers arrested a motorist for drug driving.
Thames Valley Police Roads Policing tweeted: "If your journey is essential, travel within the limits. Remember drugs and driving don’t mix."
