A supermarket treated its customers to a day of culinary samples and healthy-living advice.
Tesco Bicester Superstore invited its customers to enjoy the ‘taste of summer’ road show on Tuesday, June 21.
The Pop-up Summer Food Festival, which took place in Tesco’s car park from 11am to 7pm, gave guests the opportunity to watch cooking demonstrations from chefs, enter competitions and sample a range of products.
Visitors were also given tips on how to make the most of a picnic, party or BBQ. As well as how to reduce food waste, eat healthily and look after themselves in the sun.
Tesco Bicester Store’s Community Champion Bryan Taunton said: “It was great to bring a little taste of summer for all our customers visiting the store, and even better that the sun was shining.”
