A new housing development which will bring more than 350 homes to the county is nearly complete.
The new development at Hanwell View, off Southam Road in Banbury, has been built by Bellway and adds 364 properties to Oxfordshire’s housing stock.
Hanwell View is part of a wider scheme being delivered in partnership with Ashberry Homes, which has also built 146 properties at the site.

The dual development also includes a new school, Cherry Fields Primary School, off Wardington Road, which opened in September 2021.
The develop will see more than £7 million pumped into local services and infrastructure, including £4.8 million for the new primary school.
Luke Southgate, sales director at Bellway Northern Home Counties, said: “Now that building work is almost complete, a vibrant new community has formed at Hanwell View and it has been pleasing to watch so many happy buyers settle into their new homes.
“As well as delivering hundreds of much-needed new homes to the Banbury area, we have created a thriving neighbourhood which is already proving to be a positive addition to the town.
“A mix of purchasers, including first-time buyers, commuters and families, have been attracted by the development’s green space and its convenient location close to the town centre.”
Prices for the homes currently available at Hanwell View start from £425,000.
