New pictures of an infamous fly-tipping spot in Oxfordshire previously described as an ‘inner city slum’ have been shared.
The recycling area in Villiers Road, near to Morrisons Daily and Villiers Road Post Office in Bicester, has again become the target of fly tippers.
Cardboard boxes, plastic bottles, large, wrapped bin bags filled with household waste and a gas cannister are just some of the items captured by the recent photos.

Edward Pearce, who lives in Bicester and took the photos, said: “The council should be doing more to catch the offenders rather than just simply cleaning the mess up.”
The Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs data shows 652 fly-tipping incidents were reported to Cherwell District Council in 2020-21.
