A local housebuilder is inviting home buyers to the launch of its new show home this Saturday.
On Saturday, November 26, from 10am to 5.30pm, Redrow Thames Valley is unveiling its brand-new show home at one of its latest developments in the region, Sanderson Park on Merton Road in Ambrosden.
The three-bedroom Warwick is part of Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, which has proven popular with homebuyers looking for traditional, 1930s charm.
As part of Redrow Thames Valley’s commitment to creating thriving communities, a contribution of over £352,000 will support the village’s existing community hall, leisure centre and sports.
This contribution also includes £43,000 towards improving and creating footpaths around the town centre, in addition to £84,000 to enhance the local bus service.
Sarah Boyce, Sales Director for Redrow Thames Valley, said: “I’m pleased to invite the public to step inside our new show home at Sanderson Park.
“Visitors will find traditional features and craftsmanship on display from the exterior which features beautiful Cotswold stone, to the hi-spec interior haven – the perfect combination for any modern family.
“The Warwick is a beautiful example of Redrow Homes’ craftsmanship and is ideal for family life as it offers a superb balance between open-plan living, where the family can come together, and a spacious lounge and bedrooms.”
“We’d invite anyone who likes the idea of spacious, luxury living to come and visit our show home now.”
