A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving in connection with a police pursuit in Bicester.
The arrest comes after residents saw a large police presence in the Oxfordshire town on Tuesday afternoon (January 10).
People claim to have seen mounted police horses by Somerville Drive as well as several police vehicles and a helicopter.

Others allege to have seen police vehicles involved in a chase heading towards the town from the M40.
Police have since confirmed the incident was the result of a police pursuit which started in the West Midlands.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “A man in his 20s was arrested in Bicester on suspicion of dangerous driving and failure to stop.
“He was released on bail while investigations continue.”
