The driver turned out to be disqualified from driving – police seized the vehicle, and the driver is now under investigation.
This comes days after Joao Guedes - a man found guilty of drink driving in Cowley – was handed a driving disqualification of 52 months.
Guedes, 30, of Fieldfare Road in Oxford, was caught driving ‘very poorly’ along Watlington Road.
He was pulled over and required to give a specimen of breath which indicated Guedes to be over the prescribed limit of alcohol.
Guedes then pleaded guilty to one count of driving a motor vehicle whilst over the prescribed limit of alcohol at Oxford Magistrates Court on Thursday (January 5).
