Two operations had to be cancelled due to a broken lift at an Oxfordshire hospital.
A broken-down lift at the Horton General Hospital in Banbury meant that two operations were unable to take place on Monday, October 16.
The hospital has apologised for the postponements and said cancellations are "not taken lightly".

The lift has since been fixed at the hospital are in the process of rescheduling the operations
Chief operating officer at Oxford University Hospitals, Sara Randall, said: “Unfortunately, due to a broken down lift at the Horton we have had to postpone two operations.
“These decisions are not taken lightly, and we apologise for any inconvenience or distress caused to our patients and their loved ones. However patient safety is of paramount importance to us.
"The lift is now working, and we are working to reschedule the postponed appointments for as soon as possible.”
