ZORAN KRUNIC, 48, of Augustine Way, Oxford, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by speaking to an individual in Abbey Road on February 28. Krunic was handed a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and up to 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
CHRISTOPHER COLLINS, 28, of Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, was found guilty of assault by beating and pleaded guilty to a separate assault matter where he caused his victim actual bodily harm. He was ordered to pay £1,000 in compensation, wear an alcohol abstinence monitoring tag for 90 days, complete 150 hours of unpaid work and take part in 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days with the probation service. He received 22 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year-and-a-half.

SULEYMAN BULUT, 43, of Fairhaven Road, Bicester, was convicted of two counts of criminal damage, destroying property belonging to Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust in September. He was told to pay £100 in compensation.
NEIL MAKEPEACE, 43, of Water Perry, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving a Peugeot 206 on the A40 Northern Bypass on April 7. Blood tests showed he was over the limit for benzoylecgonine, a product created in the body when it breaks down cocaine. He was fined £323, banned from driving for 12 months and was ordered to pay £85 to the prosecution in costs and a £129 victim surcharge.

YUNUS OZKAYA, 27, of Station Road, Tidworth, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A422, Banbury, on September 21, 2021. Tests showed he had 48mcgs of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35. He was fined £120 and was ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge. He was banned from driving for a year. He also accepted failing to surrender to the court for an earlier hearing.
JASON GRANT, 36, of Upper Park, Coventry, pleaded guilty to driving a VW Bora on the B4100 Baynards Green, near Bicester, on September 4, 2021, when he was over the legal limit for cannabis and uninsured. He was fined £350, banned from driving for 14 months and was ordered to pay £120 in costs and surcharge.

JORDAN SULLIVAN, 23, of Woodstock Road, Charlbury, admitted drug driving a VW Golf in Chipping Norton. Blood tests taken after he was stopped on March 27 showed he was over the legal limit for benzoylecgonine. He received a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and up to 10 probation service rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was banned from the roads for a year and was ordered to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
JASDEEP GHAIR, 39, of Dunstall Road, Wolverhampton, admitted drink driving an Audi A3 in Worcester Street car park on March 23. Blood tests showed Ghair was almost three times the legal limit, providing a reading of 238mlgs in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80mlgs. The Audi driver was banned from driving for two years, ordered to do 60 hours of unpaid work as part of a community order and was told to pay £199 in costs and surcharge.
ADAM NASH, 45, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to shoplifting drink cans from Tesco and stealing two fig trees worth £30 from Waitrose. Nash was ordered to pay £37.50 in compensation
