Amateur photographer Ian Jones has snapped some amazing sunset photos at a nature reserve near Bicester.
Mr Jones snapped the sunset photos at the Island Pond Wood nature reserve on Sunday, March 3.
The Island Pond Wood is a small site of just over 4 Ha located close to the village of Launton near Bicester.
The nature reserve is a relatively new woodland planted in 1999 as part of The Woodland Trust's 'Woods on Your Doorstep' (WOYD) scheme.
The site is managed by: The Friends of Island Pond Wood.
There is a pond in the northern corner that is fished under a permit system by local people. A main circular path goes around the bulk of the wood, together with other connecting paths.
