GUILTY verdicts have been handed out to a man who sexually assaulted a six-year-old girl when he was also a child.
Kyle Butler, of Moorfield Court in Banbury, stood trial at Oxford Crown Court charged with two historic child sex offence charges that occurred in the late 1990s to the early 2000s.
The 34-year-old was today (April 5) found guilty of two counts of unlawful sexual assault against a girl aged between four and 10 between June 19, 1999 and April 30, 2004.

He was about four years older than her at the time.
Butler told police the allegations were untrue after the complainant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, first reported the claims in 2018.
He will now be sentenced on May 3.
