A major Oxfordshire roundabout connecting Middleton Stoney to Bicester was closed after a crash on Monday morning.
The B4030 road was closed in both directions between Middleton Road and A4095 Howes Lane from 10am as emergency services responded to the scene.
A local resident, Lissa Paterson, told the Oxford Mail she did not see the incident itself, but saw emergency services in the area following the crash.

She said: "I live nearby and suddenly heard and saw lots of police sirens, marked and unmarked cars, police bikes, two ambulances and a helicopter landed by the Menu Partners' factory."
The local woman said the commotion started around 10am, but at the time of speaking she said the helicopter had taken off.
She said the ambulances had been left without their lights on but there was still a strong police presence on the road block.
She added: "We heard dogs too but didn’t see them."
Throughout the day - into the afternoon - there were delays around parts of Bicester.
There was slow traffic near Baynards Green on the M40 northbound from J9 A34 (Bicester) to J10 B430 (Brackley/Cherwell Valley Services).
There was also slow traffic on A34 northbound from B430 (Weston on the Green) to M40 J9 (Bicester).
It was unclear whether these delays were linked to the earlier crash.
At the time of writing - 5pm - the road remains closed.
