Train journeys through Bicester and Oxford will be affected by engineering works this weekend.
There will be line closures on Saturday, August 31, and Sunday, September 1.
Journeys through the affected areas will involve a replacement bus service and will take longer than usual.
Rail replacement buses will operate in both directions between Aylesbury Vale Parkway, Bicester Village and Bicester North and in both directions between High Wycombe, Princes Risborough, Haddenham and Thame Parkway, Bicester Village and Bicester North.
They will also operate in both directions between High Wycombe, Saunderton, Princes Risborough, Little Kimble and Aylesbury, and in both directions between Princes Risborough and Monks Risborough.
The engineering work will take place between High Wycombe and Haddenham and Thame Parkway, as well as between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury.
Those travelling between Bicester Village, Bicester North, Oxford, or Birmingham and London Marylebone should use Aylesbury Vale Parkway.
Late night trains on Saturday and early morning trains on Sunday between Banbury and Bicester will be replaced by buses.
Travellers heading to Haddenham and Thame Parkway from London Marylebone are advised to go through High Wycombe.
An enhanced service of two trains per hour will operate between London Marylebone and stations to Aylesbury Vale Parkway for most of the weekend.
However, London Marylebone will be closed until 10.35am on Sunday, September 1.
