Properties in Oxfordshire are likely to flood after nine flood warnings were issued for the county.
Rainfall has been coming down at an incredibly high rate across the county since Sunday night.
This has caused flooding which has seen roads closed, buses cancelled and trains delayed.
The environment agency has now issued nine flood warnings to Oxfordshire with property flooding expected, including Bicester.

A GOV.UK statement said: "River levels have risen on the River Bure and Back Brook very quickly as a result of heavy rainfall.
"Therefore, flooding of property is expected imminently.
"Property flooding is expected, especially in the Hanover Gardens and Chapel Street areas.
"We expect river levels to remain high for several hours."

The full list includes:
- Chalgrove Brook at Chalgrove and Stadhampton
- Mill Brook from the Hagbourne Mill area to Winterbrook
- River Dene at Walton
- River Stour at Mitford Bridge, Shipston on Stour and Tredington
- River Stour from Halford to Clifford Chambers
- River Tove at Towcester and Cosgrove
- Sor Brook at Bodicote and Adderbury and The Bloxham Brook
- The Bure and Back Brook at Bicester
- Wendlebury village on the Wendlebury Brook
Property flooding is expected at several of these including Wendlebury, Chalgrove and Stadhampton.
