A festival themed event held at a Bicester school raised more than £1,200 to go towards a new outdoor facility aimed at SEN pupils.
Gagle Brook Primary School in Bicester held the event on Sunday (September 29) to raise money for the project, which will be an outdoor classroom for all pupils to use, specifically aimed at enabling SEN children to enjoy the outdoors and learn more about nature and the environment.
Chair of the PTA Andrea Owen, Catherine Prestidge and Millie Paterson organised Gagle Fest.
Ms Owen said: "The feedback we have had from parents was incredible.

"We had parents and families stay for two to three hours. The kids had a blast.
"It is fair to say that it was a success."
She added: "We're really please with the amount of money raised so far and I'm grateful to everybody that supported it."
"We would like to do something on a bigger scale with more live music and more of what we had next year."
Ms Owen said that more than 200 people attended the event, which was sponsored by two local businesses, Finders Keepers Oxfordshire and Parke Lane People Recruitment.
