A restaurant in Bicester has been awarded the top food hygiene rating following a recent inspection.
Cecconi’s on Pingle Drive in Bicester Village received a five star rating following an inspection on September 26.
The restaurant serves Italian cuisine and was the first eatery outside of London.
Hare and Hounds on Edgecote Lane in Wardington near Banbury also impressed inspectors and achieved the top scoring of five following an inspection on September 2.

Pinto Lounge at Unit 5 Spiceball Park Road in Banbury achieved a four star rating following an inspection on August 27.
Pinto Lounge recently relocated and opened its doors to customers on the waterfront on August 24.
The new premises look and feel very similar to the old location, but the new site is bigger and has a covered terrace.
The news ratings mean that of Cherwell's 241 similar establishments with ratings, 77 per cent have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
