A teenager was knocked to the ground during a fight with another woman in the street.
An argument broke out between two women near Coffee #1 in Market Place in Banbury at around 7.50pm on Friday (October 4).
The victim was described as a teenager with straight blonde hair, around 5ft 5ins tall, wearing all white clothes.
Police are appealing for the victim and witnesses to the assault to come forward.
Investigating officer, PC Nathan Fisher, said: “We urge anybody who has information, or was involved in the altercation, to get in touch."
