A man has been banned from a Thai spa in Oxfordshire after violating massage staff’s boundaries.

The incident occurred at Thai House Spa on Broad Street in Banbury this week and the staff took to Facebook to address customers.

The statement said: “We wish to address an unfortunate incident that occurred at Thai House Spa, Banbury.

“Today, a male customer violated our professional boundaries and attempted inappropriate behaviour during a booked massage appointment.

“Our therapist was understandably deeply upset and immediately terminated the appointment, ensuring the individual left the premises.

“We want to make it clear that Thai House Spa, Banbury does not tolerate any form of disrespectful or abusive behaviour, whether verbal or physical.

“The individual involved has been permanently banned from our spa. Should any such incident occur again, we will involve the authorities and take legal action.
