Bicester cruised to a 47-3 win at Drifters in Southern Counties North.
Peter Tarrega went over for two tries and Tom Miles kicked 12 points.
Winger Tarrega and flanker Francois Wiese went over, Miles converting both, before Alex Canon slotted a penalty for the hosts.
In the second half, Dan Spencer ran in from 60 metres, Matt Dye crossed and Tom Horwood stretched over.
Miles converted two of the tries to make it 33-3.
Wesley Westaway then plunged over and Tarrega crossed the whitewash.
Miles added the extras on both occasions as Bicester strengthened their hold on sixth place with four games remaining.
Alchester narrowly lost 13-10 at lowly Hungerford in BB&O Premier.
Despite a Dan Mac try, the north Oxfordshire side trailed 7-5 at the break.
Matthew Beckley pushed over for Alchester, but two penalties won it for the hosts.
