BICESTER are restructuring their senior coaching set-up following their promotion to South West 1 East.
Head coach Paul Sullivan, having led the 1st XV to two promotions in four years, is taking on a new role as senior development coach, with a focus on bringing players through from the youth section. He is a former kitman at Oxford United
His assistant, Andrew Smith, will be taking over as head coach. He has played for Newbury, Llandovery, London Scottish, Bracknell, Chinnor, the Army and England Counties XV.
Rob Green, ex-Leicester Tigers, Nottingham and Newbury player, joins as forwards coach to work alongside ex-Bicester player, Rob Thurlow.
Ex-Army player Dean Whiting and David Rees, formerly of Wimbledon, join as backs coaches.
Pre-season starts next Tuesday. Training is every Tuesday and Thursday, 7.30-9pm.
