BEN West delivered an outstanding performance to finish second in the under 17 men’s race at the third round of the Chiltern League in Luton.
The Bicester youngster was also the first Division 2 runner home.
Clubmate Max Nicolle finished eighth in the under 15 race, while Amelia Cox came 14th in the girls’ equivalent.
At the Oxford Mail Cross Country League in Carterton, Lucy McGrath was Bicester’s highest finisher, placing seventh in the under 13 girls race.
In the boys’ event, clubmate Oliver Conway finished eighth.
