The day's unluckiest side were Horspath 2nd in Division 6 Andy Cummings took 5-32 and Tom Smith 4-27 as Wolverton Town 2nd were rolled over for 82 in 30 overs.
The home side then wasted no time in scoring 54-1 from seven overs, but then the rain became too heavy to allow any further play.
Second-placed Wallingford were also in a strong position at home to leaders Great & Little Tew 2nd, as Trevor Spindler had taken 3-24 to reduce the visitors to 84-6 before the heavens opened.
