Only veteran Roger Podbery of the Challow & Childrey 2nd batsmen could cope with the Buckingham Town 2nd attack as his side slipped to a six-wicket defeat.
After Town won the toss and elected to field, Podbery hit 41 in Challow's 141 all out while Dom Pritchard took 5-43.
Robin Pritchard then hit an beaten 63 as the home side cruised to 142-4 to stay top and leave Challow at the foot of the table.

Banbury Twenty 2nd kept their promotion hopes on the boil by beating Stokenchurch with ease.
Phil Densham hit 64, Steve Hart 36 and Adam Goodway 36 not out as Twenty posted 205-7.
Arshad Latif took 4-41 and Stefan Read 2-77 for the visitors, who were then reduced to 132 all out. Goodway took 3-22.
Banbury Twenty 2nd 25, Stokenchurch 5 Twyford stay just ahead of Twenty in second place after they thrashed Shipton-under- Wychwood 2nd by nine wickets.
Put in to bat, Shipton could muster only 126 before being bowled out, Jason Heslington taking 3-47.
Andrew Cook then hit 46 and Jack Deal 48 not out as the visitors cruised to 128-1 and maximum points.

Oxford Downs 2nd lost ground on the leaders as their home match with Kimble fell victim to the weather, as did the clash between Chearsley and Princes Risborough.
Each side received six points.
