Tom Smith recorded 7-37 and Andy Cummings 3-11 from 17 overs as Horspath 2nd routed Brackley for just 53 in Division 6.
Earlier, Horspath had struggled to 113 all out, thanks in the main to a partnership between Adrian Manger (37) and Stephen Green (32).
Rob Cartwright (3-13), Henry Newby (3-39) and Jamie Fowler (3-31) shared the spoils for Brackley.

Mohseen Ali hit 39 and took 4-27 as Tiddington 2nd pulled off a three-run victory in a tight finish at home to Bourton Vale 2nd.
Vale’s William Davies had taken 5-36 as Tiddington managed a meagre 132.
But Ali's efforts with the ball saw Vale dismissed for 129, despite Greg Shepherd's 31.

Didcot enjoyed a welcome success at home to Sandford St Martin 2nd.
Julian Hitchman took 5-48 and Matt Jones 4-49 as Sandford were bowled out for 160, of which Robert Taylor scored 59 and Neil Cox 39.
Jones then hit a fine 71 and Simon Pritchard an unbeaten 30 as Didcot got home for the loss of five wickets.

Ryan Murray took 5-35 to break the back of Oxford 4th's stubborn innings at Thame Town 2nd.
The visitors were finally all out for 144 as only Rob Milne (46) showed much form with the bat.
Ed Goggs then hit 31 to take Thame to 147-6.

A fine spell by Wasim Fayyaz (5-22) helped Wolverton Town 2nd dismiss Long Marston 2nd for 134.
Curtly Ewing's 60 then set up a five-wicket win.
