A devastating spell of 6-47 by John Finch set up Oxford 4th's five-wicket win over Long Marston 2nd.
Stewart Fitzgerald hit 66 for the visitors, but Finch helped restrict them to 186 all out on a good surface for batting.
A mid-innings wobble caused some alarm in the home side's ranks, but Alex Morgan (38no) and Adam Hall (35no) calmed any nerves.

Earlier the visitors had fared rather better, with Richard Carr hitting 34 in their 181-9 as Matthew Thompson took 4-25.
Sandford 4, Thame Town 2nd 25 Matthew Jones starred for Didcot in an eight-wicket success at Brackley.
Jones took 4-50 as the home side stumbled to 97-8 from their 53 overs, before steering Didcot home with 33 not out.
Brackley 2, Didcot 25 Bourton Vale 2nd recorded a 65-run win from their long trip to ten-man Wolverton Town 2nd.
Robert Langley (57) helped Vale on their way to 197-8, despite the best efforts of Wasim Fayyaz (4-49).
Matthew Keyte then followed up his 31 by taking 3-22 as Town were dismissed for 132.
